There are TWO ways to take part:
Take on the Full Challenge
Join the Great Protein Challenge by eating under 10g of protein for one day—just like someone living with an IEpM. Go solo, rally your mates, or get your school on board. Share your journey, raise awareness, and see how high you can climb the leaderboard!
Pledge Your Protein
Kick off the Great Protein Challenge by “donating” you or your loved ones usual daily protein allowance—even symbolically. Whether it’s 3g, 6g, or more, share your number on socials through your Player Profile, and challenge your friends to DONATE their usual daily intake – or donate your daily allowance!
People living with an IEM often get by on just 3–12 grams of protein a day. When people see the difference it can be shocking—and that’s exactly what starts the conversation. It’s a powerful, simple way to raise awareness and show support!
