How to Play

To take part in the Great Protein Challenge you can either play as an individual, sign up to a team or play with your school.

Teams can consist of businesses, sporting groups, mothers groups, crafternoon groups, the list is endless really.

You can also sign your school up or even just your classroom to play.

Play by Yourself

Take the challenge and see if you can eat less than 10 grams of protein in one day.

PLAY with a team

Are you a company, sporting team, mothers group, crafternoon group or any other type of group that wants to PLAY?

Host a low protein PLAY date in the office, in the park or at home and get the whole gang involved.

Step One

Register your team.
You will be prompted to log in or register as a player before you can create your team.

Step Two

Recruit team members

Step Three

Start fundraising
You can either ask people to PLEDGE directly to your team or to one of your team players.

Step Four

Plan your PLAY day meals

Support each other on the day
