Day 3 done and dusted!

Finished on 9.5 grams of protein for the day. And by far the butter chicken (without the chicken) was my absolute fav meal of the 3 days!

Good luck to everyone else doing the challenge. 🙏🏼

Goodness me that was tough! I didn’t feel full much over the 3 days. (Except tonight’s meal) And felt a bit foggy and flat. That’s me going from 143 grams of protein a day (requested from my trainer) to less then 10! Really opens up your eyes in a new light, not just doing it for my daughter but walking in her shoes. I’m glad I did it. And I’m so thankful for the support and sponsors to “making some noise” still hoping to reach my target 🙌🏻🙌🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Everything crossed my daughter responds to kuvan when we trial it, and it’s accessible to ALL ages!!

Hi guys!! My protein challenge starts on the 5th of May! But I decided to do 3 days instead of the 1! 1 day for each year my daughter has lived with PKU.
